Boy,did this Monday come fast or what??? I had a great Father's Day,I hope everyone did.
The food was good. Tried my hand at a souffle, not bad,and grands are so forgiving...grin. We enjoyed ribs and tri color pasta salad for lunch. D- Ham,collards, and a little cornbread,I got full fast!! I made orange aide, chock full of oranges, which we then ate.
We watched Madea goes to Jail,it was funny, tame enough for the boys, and as always,it has a lot of values in it.I have to cool it on the pork,it makes me swell.
I shot Olivia in the butt with a B12,she was embarassed to show me her butt,I told her I saw her arse before she knew she had one! Then I told her I could have given it to her in her arm,she gasped and asked why I didn't,I told her the humiliation was fun for me,hehehe.
Have a great one dear people!

Went to Spring Creek BBQ with daughter's family.

Had Ham Sandwich and a baked potato with cheese, butter, and bacon.  That lasted 2 meals.

Had Sonic Jr Breakfast Burrito for breakfast.  $1.  Love it.

Snacked on cheese and a few SF Cookies.

3 or 4 honey pretzel sticks.

Shared popcorn with Mary.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

I am going to be running all afternoon, so the snack may not make it down the gullet.  But the rest of the meals should be fine.
B: 1 egg, 1 thin slice of that good ham
S:  cheese stick wrapped with turkey ham
L:  Chicken thigh, 1/2 cup of green beans
S:  My plan is to eat cheese stick but....
D:  Sardines and crackers
S:  strawberries and melon balls.

Here's hoping my unjury gets here today.

I understand what you are saying about the snacks.  That is why I post what I ate the day before.

I had asked Linda a while back, which this post was for, what you ate or what you will eat.  She said it is what you make it.  So for my purposes, I go with the day before and use it for accountability.

I can't plan my meals.  I bring a bunch of food with me to work, then eat what I want.  And I eat probably 5 meals a day, separating them by 3 hours or so. They are just pretty small.  Must be doing something right, as I have maintained for one year now.

Indeed George,we should post what works for us,our menus should not give us added stress,I have been posting in the after tense, when I go back to work, this may change or not.
I sometimes take a bag of food to work with me,as I do not know how the Fangster (my pouch),is going to feel.
You do quite well with your eating, that is all that matters.

Linda,

A few years ago when my mom was still mobile, she walked into my bedroom while I was getting dressed.  I was buck naked and exclaimed, "Mom, can't you wait until I'm dressed?"

She laughed.  "Don't forget, I used to change your dirty diapers."

Starting today, I'm going to take your advice and eat more veggies.

B: coffee protein shake
S: honeydew melon
L: corned beef, carrots
S: cheese, fresh cherry tomatoes from our garden
D: Chinese chicken livers, green beans
S: SF pudding

Hi Linda,

I am going to start posting what I'm eating on here...I do believe I need some accountability and more support...I am out of time this morning...but will either check back and post at work or get up in time tomorrow to post what I
ate today. I have got to get this under some kind of control....

Cheryl
