What we are eating and what's eating us Tuesday!
I cannot drink milk. I don't know if I really dump on the milk or just have a reaction to the milk itself, but when I drink it, I get very nauseous and will actually throw up. The last time I tried, I mixed protein shake powder with skim milk and I got so sick I had to sleep it off. I can do other dairy like cottage cheese, cheese, and yogurt, just not milk. I even have problems with soy and rice milk. Since my husband has chrones, I don't even buy milk unless the kids are here. Amazing how much weight he lost when he gave up that gallon of milk every other day. LOL

Make sure you have no throid problems.....soy with throid don't mix
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.
We are flexible.

Today I am feeling a little sick to my stomach. I woke up sick. I took all my ulcer meds, so I am not sure why the thing is hurting.

I hope the unjury gets here today. I am growing weary of the snacks. My plan is to use the unjury for at least one meal and three snacks.

Protein first and portion control, stopping when I am full and not grazing to fit more into my tiny tummy.
