OT: Bible verses 6/24
I've been here, there just wasn't much going on. Then my supervisor called me over for a "quality" session. Spent one hour listening to my calls. Quality graded me down for them and I don't care. I passed for the month, that is all that matters to me. I can dispute the calls, but why bother. I passed. Disputing them only ticks off the folks in quality who have to grade my calls next month. I keep telling these supervisors here , you have to choose your battles.
