 ( ( (  HUGGS  ) ) )   Brenda,  I don't know what to say other than I feel for you.  What a frustrating time you've had with this procedure.  Hopefully it will be gone SOON.   Don't hesitate to take depression meds....  we don't want to admit we need them when we do and we don't realize that depression can cause physical changes in our brain chemistry.  I waited too long to get them and now I need to be on them all the time.......  TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF...    Millie

Brenda,with all you are going through,I think it is a good idea to get some medicine for now,you know yourself better than anyone.
I hope that damn doctor does right by you,I don't like him.

Okay.  Tried the strawberry Unjury, it sucked.  Today, I'm going with the notaste one. I think it will be my favorite by far.

B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and lite peaches

S: Unjury Plain

L: oysters baby.

S: No snack.

D:  I may just do the protein drink and something.  I don't know.  Maybe more peas.  I don't know

S: No snack. Last evening and the evening before, the snacks made me cramp during the night. Not really a cramp, more like a pain.  I think since I eat so late, five in the afternoon, snacking is out of the question.  I go to bed by eight.  So, that is food right before I go to sleep.

The tasteless ones you can mix in your cottage cheese and other foods, like mashed taters, etc. puddings....I personally like the AnyWhey Tasteless as it is made to be able to use in cooking, it doesn't breakdown like the others do at 130 degrees.....(I refuse to purchase Unjury products, that's my thing and my own personal reasons).

Hi Jeanne - don't post often, but do read about every day.  I also use Unjury but, I don't like it plain.  I mix it with sugar free hot chocolate - drink it either hot or cold.  Have been using it for about a year and a half - two a day.  Good luck!

Jeanie,I hope the unflavored unjury works for you. If not,please let me know. The only protein I was able to handle was Beneprotein,it is tasteless and mixes with anything.
I hate when I have sharp pains,they really hurt. Maybe snacks are out at night,unless it is liquid.

For me, it's what I'm going to have.  I should do it the day after, but it is easier for me to plan it, write it, and I'll so it.

I am getting anxious as later today get to go home. I can't wait....I don't like being confined like this!!

Yesterday....

B-Boost and banana
L-shrimp and cooked carrots
S-melon and strawberries
D-baked chiken and green beans
S- popcorn
