protein quetion
I have been told in the past that we only absorb so much protein at a time. I can't remember that number. Does anyone know how many grams we can absorb at a time and how long we must wait before consuming more protein? Would hate to think that I am wasting some of my protein intake.
I'm already setting the alarm on my cell to remind me when to take which vitamins. Just thought I should check this out too.

what the Protein powder companies say is 30 grams an hour if you are a normal person.....if you are heavy into weight lifting you can absorb more but for us it is 30 grams....i assume they would be right or they would say more so we would buy more of it lol....
