Darlene, I, too am sorry that people choose to block others. I think that it limits you in a lot of ways. There are people that I choose not to read either and I just go over them. Heck sometimes I just skim a lot of the posts. I am just not always in the mood to read every word that is written that day. We are just human and we should know that everyone is different than we are in several ways. That is alright...that is what makes us all individuals.

that tells what kind of life you have lived.

I just responded to George.  I didn't realize how the block works on this board.  On others I'm on you just can't see the post that the blocked posted.  You would be able to read all the responses.  It is to bad it works this way here.

One of the main daily threads here is the what your doing for the day type thing and then the food one Linda does. I did not see that there was a morning post and thought that was a bit strange, so I did log out and sure enough there had been one posted. If I had not done that I would have posted another one maybe.....No, I'm not going to log in and log out of my account just to read something that someone does not want me to read...silly.....

So it was suggested and asked that if you are going to post one of the main one, please make sure you have no one blocked.

Sounds fair to me.  I have read this thread for a long time and didn't post.  It's to bad some people have to fuss.  There are issues people over 50 have with WLS that don't seem to affect the youngsters.  Or at least as much.  I like hearing from the mature set.
