Do you know what I do every night?? I ask my higher power to forgive me transgressions as I forgive others. I am not shoving religion,please believe me, I am not a traditional christian.
I do not like to hurt people,and I know I have at times,not meaning to. It is part of my 12th step program,and it is a program for over eating,not drinking or doping,etc.
I hope if I have offended anyone here,or hurt them,that they can forgive me.
B- Yogurt with Fiber One L- Healthy Choice Chicken veggie soup D-A little veggie pasta,loaded with ground beef,and pepper cheese. I have not snacked yet as my last batch of oranges sucked,but I may have one,waste not,want not.

linda...oh linda..i wanna hug you!!!!!!!!!!

i just had a small piece of cold steak from saturday nite's dinner...my routine in the morning is so bad--i grab a cuppa coffee and something that is protein based and come in here to the computer--it is so much easier if it's something i don't need a plate or utensils for so that was it this morning-steak! my moring food used to be much better when teh computer wa sin teh kitchen!!! hehe

not sure what the rest of today will bring- i keep protein bars and powder in my drawer at work..we're shopping tonite after michael picks me up so i may just pick up something for supper...

i know it's not good to not have things planned but i just can't right now--i'm taking two cheese  sticks to work and a yogurt....

anyhow i wanted to say that i wanna hug you!!!!!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

It sounds like you are off to a great start! Dense protein rocks.
I too am armed with protein when I go out. It is my sincere belief that we should never be hungry....smile.
I just baked a batch of chicken legs,now they are marinating in barbeque sauce.I call them protein on a stick.
Did I read that you are moving to Hawaii??? I have been there twice,it is breath taking.
If I could have found a job the 2nd time I was there,I would have stayed.

Good morning Linda,

When I used to get in a snit, Mom would tell me "pull in your horns". Some may think that is the root of stuffing my emotions ... maybe. But it also taught me to take a breath and be more considerate of others.

I hope you slept well. Did I read you may have surgery in a couple of weeks? Bad case of CRS this morning.

LOL! Good morning,I have not slept,and I am headed upstairs for a few hours,then it is to the blood suckers for a lot of pre-surgery tests,it is the last part.
So,yeah,surgery in about 2 weeks,but no date yet..
I have been a victim of my emotions for years,I am still working on it!
Ok...things are getting blurry,take care sis.

7 SF Mint cookies
Cheese (of course)
Pickle

That is it.  Boy, I don't eat much at all when I am kept busy at work.

Good morning, dear one,

Yesterday was a strange day what with the dizzyness and all. I think it's cleared up, hopefully it has anyway.
