Linda, if you ever hurt anyone, I am sure it is would never be intentional.  You are such a sweetie.

The medicine I was taking for my plantar fasciitis flare up has taken a toll on my tummy.  Sunday evening I couldn't get anything to stay down.  Monday I was scared to chance solids.  I drank protein shakes for most meals.  Last night for dinner I tried a piece of catfish sort of poached in chicken broth with herbs and a few green beans.  Didn't stay down.  So far lunch is settling nicely, it's been a 1/2 hour.

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - 1/2 cup veg/beef soup, 2 crackers and cheese
S - yogurt
D - left over ribs and greens from Sat.
S - peanut butter or ham and cheese

Dearest Debbie,the only people I every hurt intentionally,are my ex's...shhhh,they have not found all the bodies yet.
I am so sorry your pouch is out of sorts,it is awful when that happens. It seems medication that helps one thing,gives you other symptons.
I take milk of magnesia,the only one my Nut advised,2parts water to 1 part milk of mag. it takes such a little amount too.
Olivia is amazed how it works,and I do not need it often,since I have been eating oranges...smile.
You poor baby,feel better soon.
