I'm with you, some days I do really well, and some days are in the toilet. 

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - leftover catfish, a tbsp. of green beans, and 1/2 cup corn soup - then about a 2 inch square of a dessert I made last night and brought to work today (lowfat graham crackers layered with pudding and cool whip, called Eclair Dessert.  It wouldn't have been so bad if I had sugar free pudding)
S - don't need one
D - steak, green beans, salad
S - ham and cheese roll up

Hi my sweet  Angel,it does not sound like you had to bad a day at all,we are not perfect,and I have guessed it is hard for you,you have a sweet tooth...smile.
I made some pudding yesterday,my taste buds are so used to s/f now,I kept checking the box to make sure!!
Are you mailing me gumbo??

I'm falling into the bad habit of not getting breakfast again.  I hit the ground running again this am.  Headed to Home Depot to get some joint compound to tape the Dry wall we hung yesterday.  Stopped for brunch with DH.  We stopped to get some plants too.

When I got home I had to go to work

Brunch; 2 eggs, 1 sasage link.
Lunch;  Pork loin chop
Dinner; pastaless lassagna.
Snack; I plan to have a protein shake

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
