Aloha Suzette......You sound so wonderfully happy...and I could not be happier for you. Sharings like yours are what motivated me to do the work involved in losing 160 lbs. when I was at my top weight. I would think "if she can do it...so can I!" So, you probably don't even know how many people out there that your story has touched, and I thank you so much for coming in and taking the time to tell us of your success.

Keep up the great work...you have probably extended your life by 20 years!!
