New Surgery Date

I can't wait for some weight to come off so I can exercise easier and without sweating so much.  I really want to enjoy exercising and feel like I can't do without it.  That may be a pipe dream, but I'm going to shoot for it!

Very exciting........the start of a new journey.
Don't beat yourself up about the decision to have a burger and fries today just focus on the next decision as you have a fresh start.

Aloha Jani........Oh, my....you are on your way now!! Please make a big deal out of your surgery date!! And....be sure to measure yourself AND take pictures! You won't like the numbers or the pictures, but believe me, you WILL be glad that you did it when you look at those pictures and numbers a year from now. I show people my "before" pictures and they say it can't be me!!

Savor this wonderful time in your life's story.........you will never be the same...and it's all GOOD.
