L & S - Meatloaf, corn, peas

Snack - 2 yogurts, cheese, more cheese

Popcorn (oops)

LOL!! I fell asleep watching a movie with the kids...
I ate B- Chopped egg salad L- Tuna and Melba toast D-Baked chicken,stringbeans S- Crunch and Munch (I do not always make good choices,is grands fault)!!!

I'm not eating today (liquids only because my band is so tight thanks to a bad pollen allergy attack), just wanted to stop by and say hello!

This is the blossom of the tree (mimosa?) that's making me miserable right now. Beautiful to look at, but the pollen is brutal.
