Have to toot my own horn and share with my new friends

Hi All,
I just have to toot my own horn and share with my new found friends.......

During this stressful time with the move to the new house and all the stress of my medical issues I am currently dealing with I not only did not gain weight I LOST weight and went below my goal.  I finally lost those last few pesky pounds.   WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO

The really great thing is I am now a NORMAL bmi.......not overweight anymore!!    First time in more than 20 years....

Yippee for me.

Good for you!  I don't think I'll ever be "normal" but then I'm not normal anyway ... I'm "abinormal" (those who have seen "Young Frankenstein" will understand that). Anyway, I'm happy to be overweight after being super morbidly obese all those years.

I'm happy you got to goal. That's really an accomplishment. Congrats.

Ruth, that is great news and there is nothing wrong with tooting your own horn sometimes and this most definitely the time to do that!!! Great job...and you deserve everything good that has happened.

I am so glad that you are sharing like you do. Sometimes it is hard for new family members to do that....we are so glad that you are here with us.
