Good morning.

I used to really like Talapia, but the last two times I had it, I thought "eh".

Not a great day for food, but not bad either.

B- Mary's leftovers from Cracker Barrell.  It was a skillet breakfast.  I just ate the eggs, sausage, and bacon.  Gave the dogs most of the potatoes.

L & S - Hoagy on pumpernickel bread.  I love that bread.  I put lots of meat (protein) on it.  Cut it in thirds and get 3 meals out of a 7 inch hoagy.

Ate some cheese.  2 yogurts.

Peanuts - at the ballgame.

A handful of goldfish chocolate grahams (that was the bad part).

So overall, it was okay.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Hiya George,if you're gonna eat bread it should be good bread, and yours is. I picked up some whole wheat, whole grain bread with oats, and 3 gms protein, quite healthy, when I have a piece,it will be chock full of protein too.
Have a great holidays, and the best to your family.

Hey All.  I'll be feeding the kids and heading out for some much needed retail therapy.  So for today's meals.

B: eggs bacon and maybe some gravy

L: probably some with hot in front of it or hamb in front of it.  He kids love their dogs and burgers.

S: fruit

D:  grilled meat of some kinds with some kind of salad

S:  munchies at the party.

Then, we'll watch the huge firework display that our friends are putting on.  They really go all out.

Linda,

My allergies are still bad - band is still tight - so my food day looks like this:

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: pureed black bean soup
S: SF popsicle
D: more soup
S: SF pudding

I had looked forward to fun food this weekend - good stuff cooked on the grill - so doing liquids instead is disappointing.  But I'm glad to report that I have enough balance in my life now that a food disappointment no longer seems like the end of the world!

Dear Jean, that is such a profound statement about food,it shows wonderful progress!
My body is out of kilter again due to meds,I am not sure what I will eat today,if it is just cottage cheese, then I will still enjoy it,although I would like a meatball,Olivia is making that.
I am making the banana pudding...
Take care,I hope you feel better soon. Singular works for me,for now, what do you use?
I had to take a predisone today due to asthma/allergies, I am less than thrilled about that!
Take care,babes!

Linda,

I take Xyzal for my allergies.  My PCP gives me prednisone for the worst attacks, but I just hate that stuff.

Good Morning Linda,

My scale was UP today and I know why!

I am not going to fret and panic...I will be fine.

Happy 4th to you and yours.

I will need my invisible shield around me today, the one that fights off chips and goodies and flings them out into space.

Cheryl
