Howdy everyone. My food is much better now, although maybe a little too much yesterday.
B coffee, one egg, one piece wheat toast/butter
S yogurt
L baked chicken thigh and bell pepper
S 20 cherries
D 4 shrimp appetizer and raspberry sorbet
S late night 4 oz skinny ice cream cup
I'm celebrating my country and freedoms with a picnic, music and dancing in the park today
but no fireworks.

This year Mom and I are really into celebrating but, our kids are all off doing their own thing. So today we are going down to the farmers market and look around at the different booths. Pick up fresh veggies & fruit. Fresh garlic is here and I love it sauteed in EVO... Strawberries are out and really delish....
We are going to BBQ today then head off to the fairgrounds for fireworks.
I made a small batch of potato salad, baked beans and one ear of corn. We laughed at how small our meal is but it is all we can eat.

D BBQ potato salad,beans, corn
