What we are eating and what's eating us Tuesday!

Today I ate: B- Pepper cheese and a few wheat crackers. L-Spinach quiche (crustless,and not missed)! D- Meatballs,great sauce (the Italians I grew with called it gravy),and Cottage cheese (I vow,it tastes great,like ricotta)! 2 oranges,and a banana.3/4 of a gallon of liquid (no duh)!
Calcuim,multi vits...and a lotta liquid,have to work on the iron thing as my labs showed a touch of anemia,all suggestions appreciated.
Have a slam dunking,toe stomping kinda day!!

B- Omelet
L & S - Lean Quisine entrees
Snacks - popcorn (proud of myself, I did not eat the full bag), lots of cheese, dill pickle, peach, 2 plums. What a combination.

He has been picking on me since the moment they arrived....now I know he is feeling good!!!
My menu has been off....getting my protein in but not as good choices otherwise. Back on track today!!!

Girl, when I make lasagna, I use cottage cheese instead of ricotta and it taste just as good if not better.
Okay. Bottle water setting out on the counter to remind me that I must drink it all. Vitamins taken, calcium on hold until later today.
B: One egg with 1/2 toasted whole wheat multi grain bread sprayed with butter flavored Pam before toasting.
S: Nothing, I'm out of snack food but will restock today sometime.
L: Lunch meat and cheese wrap.
S: whatever I buy at the store
D: Osyter soup
You may notice that I don't have the protein shakes listed as part of my consumption. It's because I'm out and am waiting for the order to arrive.
Oh, and listen...do you hear that? Right. Me too. The kids are home and I can be loud during the morning without waking them. Yeah.

Now the meatballs and cottage cheese do it for me,it tastes better than pasta now,although Olivia made some banging pasta,tossed lightly in canola and, fresh garlic,I put on top my veggies,and I eat like a queen! The best is it is protein with protein,with more protein!!
