I took one of our dogs to the vet this morning (anal gland problem), and after we got home, I called my new surgeon's office, told them I'm having problems (constant heartburn, reflux, problems even drinking liquids) and really can't wait to see the surgeon on 7/29, and they said I could see their NP this afternoon. Hooray!
B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: chicken broth
rest of the day - liquids, and probably a nice swallow of barium (I want an upper GI done)

I hope your doggie feels better,poor baby. Is this new surgeon good? Were you able to get reviews and such?
