Way OT: I need to rant

Well Margo I am so sorry you have to go through all of this! It is just like the other ladies said this person has nothing better to do. It is sad that they have to make other people as miserable as them to make themselves happier. Just like what was going on with me on the Indiana board. I am not getting into that but it reminds me of that.
If I was you I would not only reinstate that I would get a lawyer and sue him if I could. Until you do something like that this guy will keep it up. Good Luck on whatever you do. Just take a deep breath and count to 10 everytime you think about this problem. Michelle

 Hope you are feeling better about this by now. Just checked in after a few days gone,
Sounds like this person (if you can call him that) obviously does not like dogs or people
& has nothing better to do than cause problems. It sounds like you are doing all that
can be done at this point & hope this animal control person believes you & not him.
Take deep breaths if you haven't already & make sure you refile that restraining order
against him quickly. Sounds like I might have t hurt him, if he was my neighbor.
Hope things get better soon. You & michael sure don't need that kind of crap going on
with all the other stuff you have dealth with of late.

You have kept wonderful documentation and have proof of your trip, dogsitter, etc. all this will just show the neighbor as the a$$ that he is. Tell Michael to take a chill pill, you are in the RIGHT.. Nothing worse than a bad neighbor..Blessings sweetie.

Our dog Patches, R.I.P. was always being accused of things by multiple neighbors.  I tried to tell them I had seen a dog that looked exactly like our dog roaming around but didn't know who he belonged too.  I even got ticketed for letting a dog roam when I know he was right there in the house with me.
Three weeks after we had to have 14 year old Patches put down, a neighbor called to complain to me that Patches had ripped up her garbage yet again this morning.  What satisfaction I had stringing her along telling her that was impossible.  She kept arguing and I let her get herself deeper and deeper.  Then I told her that Patches had been dead for three weeks and she had better find out who owns the real perpetrator of all these incidents that had been blamed on my dog.
She apologized profusely while I hung up.
Sorry you have such a lousy neighbor.  Can you file a report with the police dept. so they have a record of this harassment?

unfortunately this guy has a bug up his rear about teh ppl who built this house (where i live) --and they have been gone since like 2002....he drinks and he causes trouble for the whole neighborhood- has done jail time for breaking restraining orders etc--the sheriff's dept doesn't even like to come out here-

it is very sad- he stalked a gal who moved in next door to him til she sold the house- the folks there had trouble with him two years ago when we did (same nite he cut down my tree he cut their bush right next to their house and admitted it to neighbors as he ****ed a gun ) so we all filed for restraining orders together...

That is so scary.  You're in the process of trying to move though, aren't you?
