I must say my idea of a perfect husband is NOT one who takes me to a Sports bar so he can watch the game when I wanted to go to someplace nice, Shame on you George. Not that I dont like sports bars, I love the trivia games and wings, yummy. I even requested one a couple years back on my birthday.
I am a week behind in my work, the boss goes in so many differant directions I never seem to get anything done. In the 4 hours I work she always has at least 5 long drawn out personal phone calls. One of her sons( and he is an adult) called her 3 times so far this morning. She just left to have lunch with her hubby and my time sheet was supose to be signed and turned in by noon (in 5 minutes)So I decided to take a few minutes to check in to my OFF. I wll be off tomorrow for a Legion State Convention.
Last weekend my grandaughter's( Faith) luau B-day party was a huge success, every one had a blast. all the girls( and one guy, who IS just one of the girls, if you know what I mean) wore grass skirts and they looked so cute. It did rain later in the evening but the kids could have cared less, the food and us old folks were under cover so it was Ok. I was so tired I just finally finished cleaning every thing and putting it all away last night.
Faith and her brother Zach (7) went to camp Monday. Zach has allergies bad, all the woods and grasses had him in such misery they almost took him to the hospital, his mother took up the nebulizer for a treatment and then left it there. That was a 6 hour trip for her. zach didnt want to come home so that is a good sign, this is his first year at camp and he was very apprehensive about the entire thing.
Saddly I have gained so much weight I had to go shopping for some new clothes for the convention. I found an awesome navy suit that fits like a glove, original price $250.. marked down to $79.. Yee Haaaa. Well I need to run and get to work. Hav e great weekend..Blessings
