B12: How much do you take?
I started out taking one sublingual every other day. They say "500mcg" on the label. I've been taking one a day for about 6 months. I like em, and it can't hurt. Then I'm talking to my daughter who is taking twice the dosage I am which sounded like too much to me. I get my bottle out and it says to take "1-FIVE" daily!!! So here I thought it was a standard amount. I just don't pay close enough attention (most of the time). Input please?

I'm more concerned about what level I attained. As a person over 50, you make very little, if any, intrinsic factor, so all eaten or swallowed B12 is useless. Of course, no matter, since if you HAD any IF, it'd be locked away in the original stomach.
I do shots weekly, but if I didn't, I'd take 10,000 mcg per day. Can't go toxic in B12, the higher the better for cell development.
