What we are eating, and whats eating us,Saturday...

He took Gracie and me to see the movie... Ice Age 3 ...yesterday. Gracie just loves the Ice Age movies. We had so much fun!!!
My friend Pam took Amanda to another movie because she saw this one already. They had a good time too!!
No time for old movies with a 2 year old around....we are having soooo much fun!!!!
Love you my dear, dear friend....Boo
After that we took them out for ice cream and I had FF/SF black walnut ice cream. Ate 1/2 scoop.
It was a good day and now I don't look so pruney or feel so cold.
Thanks for consistantly offering us a place to share our menus and thoughts. It helps me to review what I eat on a day to day basis and see how others plan their day.
Kisses
Annette
I look for you everyday,I know what you are going to tell me regarding any situation before you say it,I may not follow it,but I do hear it.
I love hearing about your M and M's. Miss Melanie is so effervescent,(do I need to start calling her by her rightful name)?

I love knowing that you do not consider shrimp and scallops "real fish".

In short, you are definitely the backbone of this thread,You are the unassuming fairy who sprinkles the fairy dust and keeps me focused, you do not talk the talk, you walk the walk!

I'm all for verbally blowing 'em away! Recently there have been Surgery Wars on the lap-band forum (started by someone who had DS who apparently has no life). As a rule, I try not to respond to inflammatory posts (why give 'em the attention they crave?), but this time I did and another bandster told me, "I wouldn't want to meet you in a dark alley!" My answer to that was, "Yeah, I'll poke your eye out with my pen!"
B: egg & cheese on toast (getting bored with this already)
S: strawberries
L: pork chop, zucchini
S: salmon spread on celery sticks
D: Miso-glazed catfish, peach & tomato salad
S: frozen cherries

Jean, I have such a hard time understanding why some people just "have to" have the last word don't you? We're all different, there are many different approaches to WLS and losing weight. Some work for us, some don't, each of us is different.
I adopted the "to each their own" philosphy a long time ago. Got tired of trying to control the entire universe and doing a darn poor job of it by the way! Letting go of that "responsibility" has been freeing. You do your thing I'll do mine. I'll try not to infringe on your private space and please let others treat me with the same respect.
Re: conflict on boards. I think some people actually thrive on drama. I'm not one of those. I am better about standing up for myself than I used to be. Still have a long way to go there, but getting better. I'm great at telling people off in my head or when I'm out of the room! Not so good face to face.

I do not allow crap to "live" in my head any longer. I speak up now,but I will ignore things, choosing the peaceful route as long as I can, then it's ninja time!

I hope your day is going great. You are a inspiration!
