Hey Girl.
I didn't get to post yesterday because we were up and out and in the air and then running but my food yesterday was awful. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch but I did eat a philly cheese steak sandwhich. Actually, I ate the meat and cheese and left the bread. OMG, it was so good. Then, I ate fruit with my mixed drink later that day and around 7:00, I ate a wonderful quesadilla that was on of the triangles. They make them differently that we do down south; they fry them. I didn't think it would be good, but it was pretty tasty.
Okay, for today.
B: 1 muffin top. I don't like the bottom and it was sugar free high fiber.
S: Maybe some fruit
L: I am going for some meat portion of a sandwhich.
S: I am taking a banana from the hotel
D: Lobster tail.
S: Cannot do the late snacks.

Late last night I decided to get on the scale. Weighing at night is never a good idea for me - YIKES!!! I was up 5 pounds. Could you hear me screaming? That about scared the crap outta me.
This morning all was well and the 5 pounds are gone.
Now I have to stay away from the scale for a couple of days - or at least hours. Scale obsession is the reason I don't weigh often. As long as my clothes fit comfortably, I am pretty sure I'm on track. Instead of being a 'crack *****' I am a scale junky and drive myself NUTS.
Kisses
Annette
Never weigh at night when morning is your normal weighing time. And certainly don't step on the scale after drinking 2 quarts of Crystal Light.
Did you hear that screeching? That was me, falling over the edge of the cliff for weighing myself not once a day, but twice. I weigh at night as to not have any surprises in the morning. I almost always weigh 2 lbs more before bed than when I get up.
I'm one sick puppy, I tell you! It's a good thing you guys love me....
