Hi there Linda,

I have nothing nice to say about my food from yesterday so I won't say anything about it at all but that I will do better today.

I know for sure that I am having Greek plain yogurt with raspberries from my yard and ka****oday. It is WONDERFUL!  And I won't be having Lobster like Jeannie, I love Lobster! If I could have that everyday, I would not eat a single potato chip or my granola bars...

Linda......hello my friend!!!

Darn GREMLINS are at it again!!! I lost my reply AGAIN!!!
What the heck is happening with OH!!

Dwayne and I took Gracie to see the movie Ice Age 3. It is so cute...especially in 3-D. Gracie loves the Ice Age movies...she just giggled and chatted away!! (quietly of course)

My friend Pam took Amanda to another movie as she had already seen this one. They had a good time too!

Yesterday afternoon before Gracie's nap we all went to the park. Gracie had so much fun...all that equipment and soooo much to do!!

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
L-roast beef and carrots
D-Brat on the grill and mixecd veggies
S-popcorn

Have a wonderful day sweetheart...Boo....to you!!

Boobala!! Those kids are just what the doctor ordered! When my kids were toddlers,I gave them spoons and a bowl when I was cooking,so they could "help" me cook, grinning at the memories.
I am fighting a depression,I am so glad you guys are here.
I love you.

 Ate alright yesterday.

B - Sonic junior breakfast burito
L - Wendy's chili and 4 chicken nuggets
S - 1/2 chicken breast, cantelope, and small amount of various sides.

Still, my weight is up to 215 today.  Time to pull back a little.  And I will.  Not a problem.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Goerge, you are a shining example of one of the many ways to be on maintance, there is not one way...thank heavens as we humans are so diversified.
Your program works for you,for you face the reality of the scale everyday. You are honest with your self, and we are lucky to witness this,it helps us. You will never say "40 pounds creeped up on me". You are a "nip it in the bud" type of guy.
Thanks for being you.

Morning Sunshine!

Today is another day. Yesterday wasn't bad as far as food goes, but I'm glad my dark chocolate is gone, if you know what I mean.

Last night, after the wedding work, I went to the grocery store and found something new. I usually eat low carb, whole wheat tortillas as a bkfst burrito, for about 100 cals (the tortilla, that is). Well, I found a new brand, it's made by OLE Mexican foods and is called Xtreme Wellness! High Fiber low carb tortilla wraps. Here are the stats:

Cals:  71
Fat: 2
carb(total) 5
fiber: 12 (!)
protein: 8 (!, again)

And yes, yes they are good!

www.olemexicanfoods.com is their website. You might be able to see if they sell them in your area.
