Good morning Sunshine

B - Sonic jr breakfast burito
L - leftover grilled chicken
S - leftover grilled steak
S - part of a hoagie

Snack - Pretzel crisps and Laughing Cow Cheese, assorted cheese cubes.

Earlier in the day I had a couple of scoops of NSA ice cream.  Also, in Sunday School this morning had 1/2 slice of banana bread.

The last two items listed were big mistakes.  The banana bread especially.  Hit me hard.  Almost went home without staying for the sermon.

In the afternoon had the ice cream.  Didn't quite settle right.  Not sure if it was the ice cream or the whipped cream I put on it (or neither/both).  I am going to have to try it without whipped cream and see what happens.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

the ice cream could be the sugar alcohols...they are rough on some folks....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

George, I have found I have to look at the sugar alcohols in the NSA ice cream. If they are high I pass it by since they bother me more than sugar does. OMG...I know that when I found that out I was so sick I thought I was going to die...and didn't care if I did. ha ha  But I am glad that I didn't!!!  I found that I think it is the Edy's brand that has lower sugar alcohols and I can eat that..but don't do that often either..I am still afraid of repeating that hard lesson.

Good Morning Lovely Linda! I've been up for 2 hours. Wind is howling up here on the hill and my room is right on the corner that catches it full force. It's 4am; if I don't go back to sleep somewhere in the house I'll be comatose by 2pm!

So here's my plan:

Protein shake and supplements, go to the gym. Breakfast: oatmeal Snack: 1 cup fat free milk, 2 baby carrots Lunch: Taco Salad Snack: string cheese Dinner: Fish sandwich, cottage cheese/pears.

Lots of ice tea and water.
