Lap Band on 02/25/09

This is close to the Goulash I made pre-surgery. I never had it with the corn or Cilantro (what is this). The rest is the same.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Cilantro is an herb commonly found in Mexican dishes and salsas, and is sometimes referred to as Mexican parsley. It is actually related to coriander, which is the ground seed of the leafy cilantro plant.

I use Paint shop pro wihch has an annimation software allowing you to create a rotating avatar.

It usually takes me about a week to get it right! I need to update it..however I do have a new current pic on my profile.
