What Omega 3 FISH OIL supplements are you taking?

Good morning!  Do any of you take an easy going down fish oil supplement?
I take a bunch of supplements, but need to add this one.

I take just a "regular" one from Puritan's Pride. What I've been wondering about: they have a pretty thick coating. I wonder if I should squeeze the juice out by poking a hole in it? Woud we absorb it better that way. Maybe I should rub it on like moiturizer?

dont take fish oil?  what does it do for you?
