Hello good people. We are still triple digits here, and there was a weather warning as it has been going on for days, also the air quality is awful.
Let us hold our  Annette in our good thoughts today as she goes to her doctor's about her gastric pain. She has endured so much. I hope Pat R. got over her cheese burger cravings. We also welcome home our world traveler Jeannie, she almost dehydrated, reminding us once again how important our fluids are.
Today I ate:B-1/2 cup cottage cheese,NSA peaches. L-Chefs salad with avocado. D-Chicken salad,diced cukes,corn on the cob.
I will say this as delicately as I can,if you ever want to track your digestive flow, corn is a good GPS.
OK team, hump day RAH! RAH! RAH!!

You are a sick woman.  But funny.

Good day today.  Real good.

B - Omelet - naturally
L - Chicken and stuffing and cheese casserole, mashed taters.
S - Quesodilla (spinach and chicken)

Snacks - pretzel sticks.  baked pretzels and Laughing Cow cheese, cubed cheese.

Nothing else.  I was a good boy today.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Thanks for the good words Linda. Yesterday was a nightmare in the ER. No food, no water and they "forgot" to start an IV. I think it was around 5:30 when a doctor examined me and said I seemed dehydrated. Well DUH!!! They started fluids and let me drink. Made me drink the yucky stuff for the CAT scan.

I may not get hungry but oh yeah, I get thirsty and REAL cranky without food.

They put a special note on the results that I don't have a uterus. No kidding? Had they bothered to read my history, they may have noticed I had a hysterectomy 32 years ago. Makes me wonder what else they missed.

Obviously I am still in a snit today. I was going to write a letter of complaint to the hospital. It might be better to wait until I am calm. Otherwise, I will sound like a foul mouthed lunatic and use all those words Mom told me NEVER to say.

Kisses

Ahhh, good morning lovely one!

Been up since about 4:15 thanks to Old Dog. He, of course is sleeping, I  am going to go work to make $ to buy his dog food. What's up with that??? I mean REALLY!

Today should be a good day for the plan. Already had my two FF SF lattes  and my breakfast burrito. We're celebrating one of our coworker's birthday's today, so I made chicken enchiladas and a really yummy black bean and corn salad. Someone is bringing chocolate pie for dessert, not my favorite, even though I love chocolate, not much of a fan of it in a pie.
Gary's working late so I don't have to cook. Will most likely stop and get my grilled tilapia from IHOP on the way home. Then, I'll spend the rest of the evening labeling bottles for Saint Bella. Got a shipment of 200 2 oz bottles in yesterday, so it's gotta get done. I'll watch a movie while I work. Should be a good, quiet evening.

Hope everyone's day goes well. Special thoughts to our Annette!!

I've never gotten it to go, I just take my book in and enjoy the quiet. Order it off of the Senior menu and the serving is PERFECT!

Now, go call your local IHOP and see if they have it. You won't be sorry!

Hugs

Susan
