What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....
Hi you'll,whats cooking?? It's Thursday,so many of us are still in our work week,gotta make that dollar...
so we can have fifty cents!
Today I ate: B-1/2 cup of cottage cheese,and NSA peaches. L-Ham salad with Melba toast. D-More ham salad. S- 2 yogurts.
Appetite is poor,probably the heat,drinking a lot,trying to keep the protein up.
I hope everyone has the best day they can. Good vibrations being sent to all our people in pain,physical,or otherwise.

Breakfast: Kashi cereal w/1% milk
Lunch: Ham sandwich
Dinner: Grilled or baked chicken
I can't have any caffeine today since I'm having the stress test tomorrow. No coffee this morning - whaaah - lol
