What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....
I ate crap yesterday, all day long. Did not stick to my food plan at all. I was running around all day long, including trips to the Social Security office to replace the SS card I lost (don't ask me how, because I never carry it with me), several visits to the Goodwill Career Solutions Center, and a 5 pm job interview with the Goodwill Store manager (interview went well, I think). By the time I got home, we were have a storm and our power went out. My husband had already made himself supper so it was easy for him to yell, "Don't open the refrigerator and let the cold air out!" when I went to forage for myself.
Oh, well. Today I get to start over again, Thank God.

Saint Bella is the bath and body company that my DIL and I own. It's all vegan, paraben and sulfate free, and full of good for you stuff. I've stopped talking about it much because I'm tired of promising that our website is "coming soon" when it's been one delay after another. Once it really happens, I'll let you know!
Hugs
