Linda,

I ate crap yesterday, all day long.  Did not stick to my food plan at all.  I was running around all day long, including trips to the Social Security office to replace the SS card I lost (don't ask me how, because I never carry it with me), several visits to the Goodwill Career Solutions Center, and a 5 pm job interview with the Goodwill Store manager (interview went well, I think).  By the time I got home, we were have a storm and our power went out.  My husband had already made himself supper so it was easy for him to yell, "Don't open the refrigerator and let the cold air out!" when I went to forage for myself.

Oh, well.  Today I get to start over again, Thank God.

B: 2 Morningstar Farms veggy sausage patties with cheese melted on top
S: iced skinny latte
L: chicken, cucumbers
S: chicken liver pate on 1/2 multi-grain English muffin
D: beef ribs, green beans & edamame with mushrooms
S: SF chocolate pudding

Hey Boo! I know you will miss your babies, and the house will seem super quiet for awhile.
I hope you are able to rest up some, your body needs that.
Thin and crispy sounds good, when I look at a regular pizza,I see cement, but I able to eat the crispy edge and enjoy it.
Boy.this joint is jumping,I have never seen so many posts!!
It is wonderful,take care Boo!

Let's see how good my memory is this morning. . .

First- TAADAA! Lost a whopping .8 of a lb last week. But I'm not complaining. At least that's in the right direction.

Breakfast after TOPS, Weighing in, and 4 miles at the gym: Protein shake, supplements

Snack: 2 fresh apricots, string cheese

Lunch: 1 cup of leftover hamburger casserole. Yum

Snack: yogurt, 1 apricot

Nother snack: 1 high fiber cookie

Dinner: small salad, 1 slice pizza

My bad! 4 saltines sometime during the night with peanut butter!

Busy day today. Plan to go to the gym early this morning. 24 people arriving for lunch HERE at 11:30am. We're doing the grilling; they're bringing the rest. We're ready. . . I think.

Think about midnight our twins and their mom and dad arrive for the weekend. Should be busy, fun, and tiring! Hope you all have a good one.

Morning Sweet Face!

Not much going on today food wise.  Clients are starting to bring in goodies from their gardens, so I have fresh green beans and cucumbers to work into the menu today. Yummo.....

Here's yesterday.

latte
bkfst burrito
latte
chicken enchilada, black bean & corn salad
1/2 Atkins granola bar
Grilled tilapia, broccoli, red potatoes and garlic bread
protein drink
watermelon

should have had the server not bring the garlic bread, but dang, was it good

Saint Bella is the bath and body company that my DIL and I own. It's all vegan, paraben and sulfate free, and full of good for you stuff.  I've stopped talking about it much because I'm tired of promising that our website is "coming soon" when it's been one delay after another. Once  it really happens, I'll let you know!

Hugs

Susan
