Many of my friends on the PA forum have been into it for a while now, it was greatly touted at the OH event last October, great for baking and protein drinks. . .  and who knows what all else, I have yet to use it, but one of these days will try it.

Just my 2 cents worth.

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

PB2 is a great product, I've been using it for about 8 years now. I like the way I can mix the powder in my protein shakes when I need the anti dumping.

I might be able to do that.  I make smoothies all the time.  Mine are usually soy milk, whey protein powder, Splenda, frozen bananas and unsweetened frozed strawberries.  A bit of pb might be interesting.

I love to dip celery and apple slices in it!

Do you mix it up, or do you do like Jean and sprinkle?

I mix it up. Haven't tried it powdered. Want it to look as much like the real thing as possible!

I love that stuff, though I hardly ever make it into a paste to eat like regular peanut butter.  It's wonderful mixed with oatmeal and chopped banana, or stirred into SF chocolate pudding.
