I went to Baltimore on a business trip many years ago (like, 1985) and loved the crab there. A business associate took me out to lunch and ordered soft-shell crabs for me. The waitress brought this huge plate of weird-looking creatures that turned out to be so delicious!
But I guess if you're having WLS in Baltimore, you won't be eating much of anything there for a while!

I am new to this group as well. I am four and half years out and have kept my weight off. I live in Northern Virginia so we are almost neighbors. Good luck with your surgery, you know what you have to do, just do it! Nothing is easy, but the rewards are great. This time next year you will be so happy!!
