We post for today!!!!!
I started the Medifast Take Shape for life.
So today I had a medifast bar for breakfast and coffee
Lunch I had 10 chicken nuggets with no sauce.
2 little pieces of watermelon
and another Medifast bar.
4 triscuit with 2 pieces of swiss cheese.

to the total of 640 calories and some jelly bellies oops not supposed to have them
100 so a total of 740 today

Hello ereryone and hurray for Fridays. I did good with my food plan yesterday except substituted nachos with cheese/beans/guac for my leftover dinner since I wound up at a Mexican restaurant. Have to come up with another retirement letter this weekend and spread the wood chips. There are two birthday parties on Saturday evening and Blues in the Park on Sunday. I've been chatting with a new man on line but he lives about an hour away. Hang in and happy, happy weekend.
Today I will eat
B coffee/Kashi/yogurt

L turkey loaf/carrots
D leftover chicken stir fry with a little rice
s 1/2 cup nsa ice cream

LOL Linda!! You are so high energy that I feel the it when I read your post....WOW!
They are raking you over the coals with the retirement issue,but you seem strong and positive about that.

Friday Food......I've been eating between 1,200 - 1,350 cals to hit my goal. I've hit goal but want to lose another 5 so I'm sticking with those cals for another month.
B: 2/3 cup Oatmeal (my mix of oatmeal, oat bran, mixed seeds, raisins, cranberries). topped with walnuts, honey, cinnamon and flaxseed oil. cup of hot Tea
S: Protein Powder (EAS Whey Protein)
L: Sauteed spinach with cooked tomatoes and onions
Fresh diced peppers, cucs, tomato with drizzled olive oil
Sliced beef (left over)
1 slice wheat bread toasted with tomato paste and olive oil mix spread on it (very healthy!!!!!)
Pineapple (yummy)
S: Coffee with either homemade carrot balls (fabulous little treat), or PBJ on 1 slice bread or a wasa cracker
Fiber One cereal (gotta have my fiber one daily.....keeps things moving)
1 apple
S: 8 almonds and prunes (and another protein powder if I'm low on protein for the day)
D: 4oz fish
Fresh veggies.....maybe asparagus or zucchini
1 peach or 1 pear

Grin,you are funny and so right about the Fiber One,an orange works for me also. I binged on oranges one day,I think my body tells me what it needs.
