Thanks Linda. Went out to dinner and instead of the 1/2 burger I planned, I switched to a half a ham/turkey/cheese sub (no mayo) so still got my protein but probably a little better for me. I'll be working all weekend with no boss in sight so hopefully will be able to post. I got in a little trouble for "too much personal computer time" so I have to be careful.
