Thining hair

This sounds hopeful.....
Funny thing is with other surgeries I've had over the years I don't recall noticing more hair loss.  But maybe the weight loss contributed to it too or just because I had 2 surgeries in a short period.
Hopefully it gets better when I'm done with the lower body stuff.

hair and nails are made of protein...so add more to your diet....or take a protein supplement for extra....

yes most of us that have had surgery have experienced this .....a lot of people swear by biotin....a mineral that is in a super b complex pill.....
