Linda,

Cute riddle!  I love it when kids repeat jokes and riddles that I heard a million years ago with as much joy as I experienced when they were new to me.  Though I never heard the nacho cheese one before.

B: salmon spread on multigrain English muffin
S: iced skinny latte
L: pork chop, coleslaw
S: chicken liver pate on Ak Mak crackers
D: shrimp & cucumber salad, tomatoes
S: strawberries

One of my projects for today is to make homemade popsicles.  We used to do that every summer with these nifty molds we bought, then we got out of the habit.  So I'm going to experiment with pureeing some of our peaches to freeze into popsicles.  A good project for a hot, sunny summer day.  Maybe I could make some chicken liver popsicles for the dogs, too.

I have a receipe you might like. It's for doggie cookies.

1 31/2 oz jar strained beef (baby food)

4 Heaping teaspoons powdered non-fat dry milk

6 heaping teaspoons wheat germ

Roll the dough into small balls and flatten on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until light brown.

You might have to use spoons to form the balls as the dough is sticky.

Well..........the chocolate I eat on my free day can be whatever I want it to be....
If I eat a piece during the week it will be Dark...minimum 70% (one square of a Lindt bar).  I'm not a big fan of dark choc so I don't indulge too often.  But it's good for the health so I often joke that I'm having my medicine..ha-ha.
