At least you got some good protein,and sometimes,most times I do small meals,some consider that grazing,but it's my plate,ya know??

I had a fill in my band on Wed. and when I ate the potato I was to tight. I couldn't eat yogurt this am so had to go have a ER un-fill. I called and talked to the PA on duty at the Hospital and she had me in and out in no time at all. But, am on clear liquids for 24 hours.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Jean made me chuckle when she was doing pureed foods.I told her she is the only person I know who can make a pureed menu sound appetizing.
