What's New Saturday

well I was up until 3 a.m. making things to take to my cousins this evening for a cook-out. Some of the people that were supposed to come backed out at the last minute. I wish I would have found out before I went to the grocery store and bought things to take. I am still going over but would have fixed something that wasn't as dieabetic friendly. I would have made something that was RNY friendly.
 Went to the Indiana clothing exchange and there was no trouble. There wasn't many women there but that was ok with me. I went and that is all that mattered. They were trying to keep me out and I wasn't going to just give in and let them do that to me. As far as I know it is a public event. I didn't want any trouble and lucky there was none. Of course I didn't eat with them and was in there by myself where the clothing was. I took alot of clothes and came out with a little for myself. Here is hoping that the clothes I took will be used. 
 It is a cloudy day here but nice and cool! I like cool! So good lord bring it on! Have a great weekend all! Michelle

Good afternoon Eileen and my other OFF sisters and brothers....hope that your Saturday is good....

So far today I went and took Trudy to the hospital for blood work and then we three went to breakfast. We stopped at a rummage sale on our way home and I got a couple of wall lamps for the bedroom. They are brand new and the kind that have the swing arm on them. I wanted to get some of them for the bedroom and that way I can eliminate the lamps on the bed side tables. I would like that. And another good thing about them is that the light will be more over my books when I read in bed.

I got home and had Bill get some stuff down from the shelf in my closet so I can go through things and sort them out for the complex rummage sale next weekend. I am gathering stuff and last night I cleaned out the clothes in my closet and got so many...now it is back to being normal and not over stuffed like it has been. I hate it when I have so many clothes in there that I have problems sorting through them. I keep things sorted according to what they are...  Now things are starting to accumulate here in the living room and I hate that. I need another room to store the stuff until the sale!!
