Sunday is here, Post On
It was raining to beat the band a little while ago.....My grass is loving it.
Nothing new today just chillin.
So talk on folks.

It's almost 10:00 PM here in CA and I'm packing my bag for San Francisco. I have my 6 month oncology appointment and mammogram on Monday. I stay at this relaxing Japanese hotel on Sunday and Monday nights and will head home on Tuesday. I can walk to my appointments and also to lots of shopping areas that are not too far from the hotel. Barring a yucky surprise (last time I ended up having a biopsy because my breast looked "different") I will have a sweet couple of days in the city. Better get back to packing. I'll check in on Tuesday.

If it wasn't for the reason you have to go to San Fran, the rest of your trip sounds absolutely lovely, and I wish I could go! As it is, I'm just trying to get my mind ready for my mother-in-law coming for a visit in a couple of weeks. I am wishing Tom and I will be able to get away to the cool Bed and Breakfast in Seattle on Capital Hill before summer is over. It is walking distance from my son's apartment, and we also try to go to a Mariner's game with him. Just a Friday and Saturday night would be wonderful. It's kind of expensive to do something like that tho when Tom still hasn't found a job so...we'll see. But in the mean time, can I pretend I am with you at the Japanese hotel?
I'll be keeping good thoughts going your way.

It's only 10 to 10 here in Spokane, WA. It was in the mid 90s today and hotter than Hell!!!! Pardon my french....
I cleaned up and sort of organized my scrapbook room so I could start 2 projects that I have to get done before Saturday...I am making a Grandma brag book for a co-worker who will be a new grandma this Sept and a bigger scrapbook for her daughter, the momma. I am going to a shower and those will be my gifts...I have been farting around and putting it off forever. Now, I am having to hurry up and get them done. I got the scrapbook room all ready and then I decided to take a nap!
So I just finished almost getting the first one done. It's turning out pretty cute.
I got stuff to make the chicken curry salad I had from the grocery store this past week and cooked the chicken with the ribs I made for dinner and will put the salad together tomorrow.
Well, I am being very boring but just thought I'd check in and say hi....
Hope you all have a loverly Sunday...I will be scrapping....

It's twenty minutes to 2 here in Michigan and I'm still awake. I took two pain pills when I went to bed at 9:30, they didn't do anything, so I took a neurontin around 1, and just now took another pain pill....good grief, hope I can sleep now.
Planned to go to early church - a friend was coming to pick me up.
That may not happen if I don't get some sleep soon.
Back to the bed now.....

Done! Your Ticker:
Its 530 here. and I am awake for the day. I am not much of a sleeper. 4 hrs a night is a good night most nights here. My house is in total chaos. My living room is in our bedroom, the dining room and family room are in the spare room and our breakfast room! the furniture that is. I am getting new carpet Tues!
Was up taking mom to her family reunion yesterday. She was the oldest at 95. The youngest were 6mo old twins. She couldn't wait to get her hands on the babies!! I had a great time with my folks. Its hard to come home each week and wait till the next week to go see mom. It is a comfort knowing she is ready for eternity and that we will join her some day.
prayers for all those who need them! have a great day everyone.
Pat sounds like you had a night like I usually have and did have lastnight! I get so tired of nights like that. Hope you get some rest today if you want, I plan on it. My husband went to his mothers today and I am here alone so I am going to get some extra rest today.
Well I went to the Indiana clothing exchange yesterday where I was not wanted. I went anyway! There wasn't many there because they probably didn't want the drama. I went in and left a bunch of clothes and took a little home with me. I didn't eat with them and only talked to the nice gal who put the exchange together. I am sure that made the few that did show up very happy! I told them that I wouldn't start any trouble and I kept my word ( even though I would never start trouble anyway) (especially in a church). Geez these women!
Well Hope you all have a great Sunday afternoon!
