PB2 part deux --report on chocolate PB2

Here I am with the latest report on PB2.  I had a chance to sample the chocolate flavor last week, and it's better than the original flavor. Not too chocolaty, just right. My salon owner is going to try using it to make a low-cal pie. Will let you know the outcome of that.

Here's the website for anyone who can't find it locally:

I think its a great product Susan and a real "treat" for making tasty things.  I like it added to stir fry, like peanut sauce.  Pretty delcious.  Blessings...

OMGosh, what a great idea!  We love Pad Thai, so I'll try to remember it the next time I make it.

thanks!

Susan,

I'll have to try the chocolate version next time I place an order.

Lately, my favorite way to use PB2 is in this dip that's awesome with apple or banana slices:

Thanks, Jean.
I printed out the recipe and will take it to work. My poor friend has always been a size 2-4 and now is a 10-12. She's NEVER had to worry about what she ate until the last couple of years. Of course, not like any of us who have battled it forever, she doesn't even know how to read a food label, much less track the amount of calories the doctor wants her to eat.

She will be a very happy girl knowing she can have a treat like this!

Thanks again

Susan

Thanks Jean. If there is a way to make something simple difficult I will find it. Glad I asked. I would have added water!

Susan,

I just located the PB2 today. There are only two places in the DFW area to buy it and one is close to where I work.
