That episode was a repeat, but it was a good show.  It was the first time Star admitted to the surgery.

My eating was okay.

B - Omelet
L - Chicken and cheese
S - quesodilla

snack - Peanuts - I was at the ballgame.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

I thought she admitted it a few years ago when she had her now canceled show. Of course this had no where near the audience reach of Oprah. This was before Marie did Dancing with the Stars. I like they had a clip with Barbara Walters, and that Star said she was sorry for what she put her colleagues through.
This goes along with my 12 step program of making amends, which is an ongoing process for me...sigh!
You are right,it was excellent.

Kitty doesn't want to share the laptop.  She is not moving out of my way and gave me a love bite when I tried to type. LOL.  She is such a bad girl.  Oh, will she be surprised in a couple of weeks when we bring her sister home. LOL.  I hope she doesn't fuss too long.

Well, today I am going to be busy and I like busy.  So, I just ate my toast and peanut butter, yeah, back on the peanut butter.  S:  I have peanut butter in my office, so one bite of peanut butter.  L: soup.  I love the broccolli chesse soup that our cafeteria makes.  S:  I might venture out and get me some yougurt from the store across from my office.  D:  chicken and salad.

That's it folks.  I did go to the new dietician that I've been seeing.  I was really dreading going too but she wasn't too bad.  I explained that I had been travelling, which she knew, and that I had few really good choices of food and that we walked and walked and walked.  So, she didn't get all pissy on me like the other one did.  In fact, she complimented me on not dropping below our low goal of weightloss and said now we need to concentrate on getting back up and she went over my labs with me and said that my iron level has improved and that my blood sugar was doing much better than the last time.  Oh, and she said she was calling my surgeon to have him order me something for my fingers.  They keep splitting.  I know.  I walk around with bandaides on all my fingers because they keep splitting open and bleeding and it hurts to even type if I don't have bandaides on them.  They heal for a minute or two and then I'll wake up and and they'll be splitting again.  Really sucks.

Linda,

I'm scheduled to have an upper GI x-ray this morning to see if my band has slipped.  I'm a little nervous about that (not about the procedure itself, but about the possibility of a band slip), but most of all I'm starving because I can't eat beforehand!

B: can't eat because of the test
S: honeydew melon, cheese stick
L: salmon, apple nut salad
S: apple with PB2 cottage cheese dip
D: pizza
S: SF pudding

Jean, I bought stuff to make the PB2 dip. Is the PB2 put in dry or with water added?
