OT Requesting Prayers, Good thoughts, Hex's, Spells, whatever you have to offer
Well, the realtor and a lady came through the house today. They were both really nice. When they were leaving they had a couple of questions for me. I answered them and then asked if they had any questions about the neighborhood or anything. They did and I answered them, real friendly like. Then I said to the prospective buyer, 'I know I have some wallpaper and a border in the kitchen and it's out of style now. Would you rather see it as it is and use your imagination to see what you could do with it, or have me tear it off and paint a fresh paint color, knowing you may not like it and have to re-do it?" She said she'd rather just use her imagination and pull it down herself. My hubby and I have been arguing about it and it looks like I've lost this one. I wanted to tear it off and give it a new coat of paint. Well, our realtor just called with good news. He said she's very very interested and wants to get her husband through as soon as possible. Which is Thursday. Her realtor told mine that if anyone becomes interested between now and Thursday, call her right away. Sounds like a good prospect to me, right. We could sure use all the good thoughts etc that you all can put out. I'm going to post this on the Michigan board, so if you see it twice, pray twice!

With as bad as the housing market is in MI, this is a miracle or act of God. We will send all you asked for your way. I also have my fingers and toes crossed for you!
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
You won't be seeing me in Florida. I don't like the heat. We're heading north, to Interlochen, by Traverse City. We've got a two bedroom ranch, about 1250 sq ft. perfect size for the two of us and three dogs. Along with the four car garage (the man cave) We'll be very happy there, when we can get there!
