What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....
Howdy....monsoon here,tropical winds,flash floods,still going to 110. Not much to say,going to dinner with Charles Friday,he is a very nice man,makes me laugh.
Today I ate:B-Yogurt and fresh blueberries. L-Baked a turkey, stir fried string beans,with dried cranberries and onion. D-Chicken Alfredo,broccoli and carrots. S-Baked apple with raisins
I hope all is well with everyone,worried about my buddy Annette.

Pretty good day for me yesterday. I guess. Ate less than I intended, but it was because I dropped my plate on the floor taking it out of the microwave with my lunch.
B - Omelet w/sausage
L - Chicken/stuffing, corn, mashed taters, green beans
S - Corn, taters, green beans
Snack - SF Vanilla pudding, Crock pot cherry cobbler, cheese

Do you know what I did? I bought some Black Cherry Ice cream,and it is not diet. I believe I can eat a little and be ok.
If I can not,I will give it to the kids.
I do not want to be afraid of food.What do you think???

I go to the office and the Pastor is going to be in today and tomorrow so there will be no posting today at work...oh pooh!!! I enjoyed being able to post yesterday to my hearts content...with the exception of when people came into to chat with me. There were several yesterday and that was nice...as it always is. I love to talk and visit. Like you didn't know that one. ha ha
Food was alright...not good not bad so just alright. I will work on doing better today. I hope so. I am back to being sick to my stomach when I eat. I got started on another antibiotic so I am not sure what this one is going to do with the appetite......
B: cheese sticks and my hazelnut iced coffee through the morning
L: a small dish of Spanish rice (Bill finished it up when he got home..good)
D: a bowl of Wheaties with milk
S: nothing
I at least got 3 meals in and so that is a improvement. If you can't find a positive in something find a positive where you can....smiles
I tried to call you last night but your phone told me that you were either out of range or you had it turned off for a while. I know that I turn my off at times too...my cell anyway. My home phone sometimes I just let it go to voice mail. I can't stand talking on them at times. So...call me when you can and in the meantime I am sending you a pm here.

Over the next couple of weeks, I am increasing my food intake by adding two snacks. Yesterday, it worked. I ate the food for my meals and the four snacks.
So, here's my day:
B: peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
S: yogurt Activa
S: cheese and meat roll
L: osyter soup with fish crackers
S: toast with peanut butter
S: watermelon, large bowl covered in salt too.
D: pork chop/smashed potatoes/greenbeans
S: some drink of some kind that won't make me sick. Maybe I'll just drink some orange juice. That's better than nothing.

I know I can easily weigh a bit less,although my doctor wants me to weigh 20 pounds more.Sometimes,I have to eat a bit more,even if it is a spoonful of peanut butter,because I get weak.
We know our bodies. We can not have you fainting girl. If you can increase your calories through food that will not hurt you,then that sounds like a good plan. I know it may seem like you are eating all the time,but if it does not upset your ulcer,or anything else,than good!!

I like feta cheese with my watermelon.....it's the sweet and salty combo but have never just added salt to the melon. I will try it tonight....
