Hope everyone is doing great this morning. The fruit salad I made is really good. I'm glad I made something healthy to snack on.

I can't believe it's Thursday already. I'm going to make a quick call to the insurance company to see if they received my information yet. It's been over a week now and I'm hoping they have received it. I'm ready to get the show on the road now - lol

Hiya Cheryl,my mind is a dangerous neighborhood,I have had a lot of work done on it...LOL.
I think you are right to keep doing what is healthy. Most of us notice our weight goes up a bit from it's lowest point. Being women,we gain a few pounds,mostly water.
I do not know if you have had any food counseling.I think head work is important. I would like to see you happier with your accomplishments,including starting a new job,and still being successful.
So,just keep doing what you are doing. If you know you have craziness,you are ahead of the game...smile.
I have been dealing with the health insurance mess. BCBS has assigned a person to help but it is stressful. 5 years worth of medical claims have been retracted then refiled. What a nightmare and nobody has answers.
Then the insurance claim for the man who ran over my car. Time consuming and more stress.
Eating, drinking, doing okay. Can't ask for more than that.

Keep your strength up,we can have a race on this thread,to see who gets well first.
I hate insurance companies,I had an incident where my asthma was set off two days ago,I was so aggravated.
I have not been sleeping at night,and have had to start steroids again,so far,a low dose.
One day,this will be over. I just keep trying to keep my spirits up, you know that you are in my thoughts,and I love you.
I hope you have a enjoyable time with Charles. I am glad you are getting out and doing things you like to do. Laughter is the best medicine!!!

Thurs Food - I did not have as much raw fresh today as I normally do. Just an "off day" with stuff going on in the house. It will be better tomorrow.
S: ~Protein Powder (EAS Whey Protein) (prior to my morning workout)
B: ~Oatmeal (2/3 cup cooked) my mix…yum yum
~tea
S: ~Protein Powder (EAS Whey Protein)
L: ~ Curry Chicken
~ Broccoli (flash heated then drizzled w/olive oil and chopped garlic)
S: 4pm ~“Tea Time"
~Fiber One cereal w/raisins
~Apple
S: 6:30pm ~8 almonds & another protein powder
D: 7:30ish ~Eggs (hard boiled) chopped into Cauliflower (sounds nasty but is really good and very filling) sprinkle some dry breadcrumbs, parsley, and red pepper flakes on top and drizzle with olive oil.
~Watermelon
EDITED............Dinner has changed....not hunger......having a Soy Protein replacement meal with added blueberries. Will still eat some watermelon a little later.
Been really rough day....... Can't wait for tomorrow!
