PROTEIN

ok i just looked at my protein powder and i noticed its expired...is it still good?? i mean does it lose its protein and or taste?? should i just toss it out and start over with new? i don't have money to really get another jug of it so hopefully its still worth using????

How long ago did it expire?  I know both my brother and my x husband would use it.  Nothing ever happened to them.....  I guess if it didn't expire too long ago and certainly if it wasn't opened yet I'd probably still use it too.

one expired in june and the other end of march...so i am thinking it couldn't be that bad to still use it...and yes they are both open...so....starting tomorrow i add it to my food for extra protein....

I'd probably still use it, especially the June one, but that's just my opinion......

I'd use it too.  The worst that could happen is it might not be a potent as before.  Go for it as long as it looks good and hasn't clumped up or anything.
