Okay.  I ate an entire watermelon by myself.  Well, not at one sitting but all day yesterday, I kept going back and getting a little more.  I think it was more for the liquid than for the actual food value.  It was good and the calories certainly were helpful.

Today:

B: toast with butter and one egg

S: cheese

S: crackers and peanut butter

L: cottage cheese and peaches

S: peanut butter and celery

S: yogurt

D: chicken and green beans

S: A protein bar.

That's my what I'm eating and my what's eating me.  Well, last night, while I was a sleep, I awoke to something nibbling on my arm or stinging my arm and I swatted and this morning I am looking at a huge red whelp.  I think I got spider bit.  If it keeps swelling, I'm calling the pcp.  Hubby said it was probably a mosquito but I have never had a mosquito bite do that.

Good show on the food Jeannie! Well,if the spider was poisonous, you would be gone. You may have an allergic reaction,I don't know how long ago you were bitten.
Do you have a safe allergy pill you can take?
Please do not kick the bucket!

I think it was a mosquito. Initially it was really red and hard,  now it is just red and itchy.  So, hubby was correct.  A few years ago, I was bit by one of those little yellowish spiders and I caught it and took it to the doctor and by the time I got to the doctor the damn bite had stopped burning. LOL.  But, I still took it in and he laughed and said it was not going to kill me nor would my arm rot off.

I do have an allergy pill but I reserve it for the most serious of reactions.  Otherwise, I am down like a dog for a couple of days.

Sorry about the bite.
I'm going through a bout of poison oak.
Cortisone cream really helps me.

I just cleared up from either posion ivy or something else.  I was on steroids for about three weeks.  All that's left is a little scab here and there.  My insect bite is all but faded now.  Still itches a little.  Must have been a mosquito.

I think I meant "leery" instead of "leary" (as in Timothy)
