What we are eating and what's eating us,Friday!
Then a private retirement meeting where they offered to settle on a couple less years than the eight that are disputed. Not a bad deal since my documentation is a little sketchy.

But I woke up yesterday with lower right abdominal pain that became more severe throughout the morning. Drove myself to emergency room and they ruled out appendix, rupture, gaul or kidney stones (and emergency surgery) with lab work, CT scan and untrasound. they decided it was an intestinal upset caused by severe stress when I told they what I had been going through lately at work. They took me off work for the rest of the week (I have to do a payroll on Monday) but let me go home.
So today I'll finally spread those wood chips and get a jump on the weekend housework. I'm feeling much better now about everything, Are there gasous clouds around Uranus?

Didn't get to eat until afternoon yesterday but did OK. I ate coffee/a turkey/bacon/lettuce/tomato sandwich with low fat mayo in two sittings, some grapes, an artichoke with LF mayo, small piece of steak, 1/2 cup of NSA ice cream.

I am happy to hear you are not seriously ill,but we all know how bad stress is! I just got a damn 200.00 paycheck,as the insurance company did not get the work in soon enough. Payroll said I had to wait two more weeks until the next pay period. I was calm,I expect screw ups in all my dealings now,and wish I was disappointed more. I knew my doctor did not send all my tests to my surgeon, nor the release for surgery,or fill all the requirements, sure enough,I still need a chest Xray.
I called my 401K,I am taking some funds out and should have them in about 4 or 5 business days..they said two...yeah right..LOL.
You sound happy, and resolution brings that,so it is great the retirement news is good.
So sistah, enjoy your weekend, and may the gas flow freely!

Still hot, hot, hot here. So hot that I'm heading to the coast today instead of tomorrow. I'll go to Erin's this afternoon, spend the night, get up and head to the beach early in the morning so I can have the whole day to cool down, enjoy the sounds and smells of the Pacific. I'm a Pisces what can I say. I "need" to get to the water. . .
Good day yesterday, not perfect, but ok.
Protein shake, supplements, gym . . . 5 miles.
Breakfast: two eggs, small slice of toast
Snack: yogurt
Lunch: chicken salad, apricot, cucumber
Snack: string cheese, apricot
Dinner: chicken quesadilla on corn tortilla, green beans, cottage cheese
Snack: PB 2 spread with apple slices, chips. . . . (what can I say. wanted that salt!)
Plan to get a long walk on the beach in tomorrow. Will do my best to get in a daily walk at Erin's next week. Will report in from her house tomorrow. You all behave yourselves.
