"Citrates"
I know Calcium Citrate is the kind I'm supposed to use and I do now. It took a while. So I see that there are Potassium and Magnesium supplements that are "citrate" also. I know I can get into trouble making assumptions. My husband takes potassium supplements. Would the citrate one be better for him than the "Chelated" ones? What does chelated mean anyway? I just am so NOT scientific minded. I want to put what I need to into my body but I confuse easily! Words of wisdom???? The potassium supplements help prevent leg cramps for him.

Citrate GOOD. Yes.
And mag citrate (pills, not the colon prep!) are helpful with leg cramps, as well, or better.
Cal + mag + pot = a correctly beating heart. Heart's a muscle. When they are balanced, the muscles do their job and don't cramp up in random ways!
Chelated simplifies to "chopped into finer molecules", so chelated also good.
