One of my 'last meals' was a caramel, chocolate, pecan apple from the mall.  YUM

Those things are so huge they could be a meal!

Good luck with the prospective home buyers

So glad to hear you're doing well and Henrietta has moved on.  So, does Sherlock have a doggy door?  If so, I'd leave him in the living room from now on so he can let himself out.  Why does he whine at the door if he has a doggy door?
Gary's are wonderful people aren't they.  Must be in the name....

Sherlock is a drama queen who is also OCD. He is the strangest dog EVER. He whines because we're in the bedroom and he isn't, or that it's time for breakfast, or the sun is coming up. Yes, he has a doggy door and  we're going to try leaving him out of the bedroom again tonight. It was so nice to sleep until 5:30 this morning!

I'm thinking if I didn't have the doggy door I wouldn't be quite this heavy, cuz with the three dogs, they don't always want to go out at the same time, I'd be getting up and down all the time!

Hi Susan,

Glad you are doing well!

Gentle hugs, Laureen

Aloha sweetheart.....I am SO GLAD to see you and hear how good you sound. Surgery is surgery. And, you have gone through this so beautifully.

As for the flat belly.....it IS GREAT!! I still sometimes stand in front of the mirror and look at my belly, the belly chain scar and am amazed! I was so fortunate that I got that done before Kaiser stopped paying for tummy surgery of any kind unless it's medically necessary. Mine was NOT!

Stay quiet and don't push things.....you need to heal.

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen

We're supposed to be going to Tess' graduation from Esthetician school tonight, and I thought I'd be up for it, but I really don't feel like doing my hair/make up and all of that that is required to be seen in public. After al, this IS at a beauty school   LOL

I keep thinking about Helen's flat belly. There we were in the recovery room from one surgery talking about the details of HER surgery. Gosh, she looked amazing. Sure makes me think.  Maybe next year???
