Doc told me the same. My vit D was 15, supposed to be 30. He gave me a script for them but Walgreens wanted $137.00 for 100. I got mine from Vitalady for $30.00 100 caps. I have to take one a day for a month then one every other day for 2 months then get rechecked. Get dry D3.
yeah but i spend all day every day outside in the sun gardening and my Vit D level is still low....and i dont use sunscreen anywhere but my face. my arms , back, and legs are so brown it isnt pretty anymore lol
From One Jan to Another, I was just kidding!!!! Actually, I LOVE the sun, & when people crab at me for not using sunscreen I use the Vitamin D defense!
