Morning to you. lovely Linda! It sounds like you are so enjoying your new friend. I am so glad...you deserve every bit of happiness and joy that you get. You give so much of it to others and you should have an abundance of it yourself.

Where did you get those nut things...they sound so out of this world...I wonder if they have them here?

Food went fairly well yesterday. Nothing great but pretty good with the protein...better than some days and that means a good day to me.

B: 1 toast with ICBINB on it
L: chicken (I seem to tolerate that pretty good) and some potato
D: Wheaties
S: nothing

I think I need to concentrate more on chicken. It is high in protein and I don't seem to have a problem with feeling so sick afterward. I should put some of it that I have in the freezer in the crock pot. I will do that tonight and cook it all night. After it is done I can fix it however I want to. At least it is cooked. I can fix Bill what ever and I can eat the chicken. That sounds like a plan to me...

I am sending love and hugs to you dear one. I am keeping you and yours in my prayers and know that I think of you so often. Keep scattering and your life will be joyous for sure.

Brenda,

I load my crock pot down with chicken and a rough cut onion and celery and a few carrots and let it cook all day and when it is pulling apart done, I let it cool and divide it into baggies for easy quick meals.  I also degrease the broth and put it in baggies and throw in the freezer too and have homemade broth on hand.  My favorite way to eat chicken from the crock is in a bowl with a little picante sauce on top.  YUMMY.

Thanks for the ideas. I love picante sauce much more than salsa. I have to try that one for sure.

Hiya sweet Brenda,I had a good time with Charles, thanks for the sweetness you always give.
Chicken rocks,I am never without it in the freezer.I bought some cutlets, since they were on sale,I have not had those in awhile.and must make sure they are moist.
Watch the milk....
True North Star snacks is 100 percent natural, and should be in your grocer's. Google your area, put in your city after the product name and it should tell ya where they are selling it. Olivia had another one.I did not like what she had,but these rock, and I needed some nuts.
You know I am hugging you back.
